INFINITI is a luxury brand which operates in over 50 countries around the world. Launched in 1989 and headquartered in Hong Kong, INFINITI has manufacturing plants in Japan and the U.S.A, and a new UK plant came on stream towards the end of 2015, with a £250million development of the hugely successful Nissan plant in Sunderland.

INFINITI'S New London Design Studio

A New INFINITI Design Studio – in the heart of London

This new design facility is bringing INFINITI right to the heart of Europe's luxury elite and at the forefront of this are the INFINITI Q30 and QX30; two new premium compact vehicles. The INFINITI Q30 and QX30 are based on INFINITI's first ever front-wheel drive platform, giving a superb drive, but with improved practicality, efficiency and packaging. Of course, they also have sharp styling influenced by design teams based around the world, taking their inspiration from nature. The headlights have a human element to them, taking their inspiration from glinting eyes, while the grille's surround is reminiscent of a Japanese garden's bridge reflected in the water.

Q30 – First British Built INFINITI

Previously, most INFINITI models were produced exclusively in Japan, but now that's changing. Thanks to a quarter-billion pound investment into Nissan's – INFINITI's parent company – Sunderland plant, it's producing the all-new INFINITI Q30 and QX30 models; and they're being built to the highest standards imaginable. Not only is Sunderland producing INFINITI's first-ever front-drive vehicles, but these will be the first models built at the plant to be exported across the globe.
